I was re-reading some of my ancient archives recently and I realized I was actually quite funny in the past. (I hope I still am.) Anyway, in a bout of narcissism I have decided to re-post part of an old entry which I found particularly hilarious:
After that I had an advocacy class at Arr&Tee which was pretty okay, save for the part where we made the mistake of entering into the lift together. There were 14 of us (including 4 or 5 working adults who came from the upper floors) in the lift. The lift limit said 17 people, 1150 kg.
Obviously, the manufacturers/QC officers in charge of passing the lifts were unable to count, let alone weigh. From the 17th floor, where we were, the lift door closed without any hint of protest.
