You know life is good when...

(in no particular order)

... you're going away on an extended holiday masquerading as school.

... all your housemates for abovementioned extended holiday know how to play mahjong.

... mahjong sets would be (well if they aren't, they ought to be) easily available in said holiday destination.

... the exchange rate in said country ROCKS. Like 1 is to 5. 1 Sing dollar to 5 of said currency.

... most things are cheap there.

... you get paid a certain amount to go there.

... you get to eat lunch with friends almost every other day and catch up on everything and nothing at all.

... you get to play mahjong every week. (Never, ever take this for granted.)

... you are gainfully employed (somewhat).

... all your loved ones are happy. (well, most of them anyway.) Nothing really major like anyone dying or anything serious like some terminal disease.

... Chinese New Year is coming. ANG POWWWWWWWSSSSSSSS!!!!

... Lots of public holidays to cut short your working week. Hey! Not my fault there are so many public holidays in January right? I can't help that I have to take off for days when I need to apply my Visa and other miscellaneous travel related stuff too. =P

... digital gadgets on the way. Heeheehee.


I thank God for all the blessings I've received... really, words are not enough.

And I thank YOU, my friends, loved ones, for being there for me somewhere, somehow, at whichever stage of my life, I thank you for having been there, being there, constantly or otherwise... Thank you. It's brought me to today, and really, today isn't all that bad. It's pretty good, actually.
